Return Policy:

All products can be returned within 28 days of purchase. We will issue a full refund within 7 working days, provided that the product was unworn and is in the original condition and packaging, and we will also require a receipt and/ or delivery documents as proof of purchase.
Please note that you will be responsible for shipping cost from your address to our company address in the UK. Unfortunately, we will not take any responsibility for returned items which got damaged or got lost in the post.

Here at MateusMonique we strongly believe in reducing unnecessary waste, sustainability and quality. We are trying to use eco-friendly materials to reduce the waste. Hence, when in every possible instance, we only use eco-friendly packaging such as cotton drawstring bags, jute bags and FSC paper posting bags, which are made of 50% Recycled materials and paper from responsible sources. The only plastic that we use occasionally are the mailing bags, which we are planning to replace in the future. We go above and beyond to leave as small a carbon footprint as possible.
