Gua Sha is an ancient oriental massage technique using a special scraper that provides a deep clean effect. Benefits of using Gua Sha

Clean the skin thoroughly and apply oil or serum. Use Gua Sha along the massage lines: from the centre of the forehead to the temples, from the wings of the nose to the temples, from the tip of the nose up to the centre of the forehead, from the corners of the mouth to the middle of the ears, from the centre of the chin to the earlobes. Deep wrinkles on the forehead should be carefully smoothed between the eyebrows and the hairline. Treat the neckline with movements in the center up to the chin, and on the sides - from the jaw to the collarbones. Start with 10 minutes, gradually increasing the time to 40 minutes.
